Meet your Retreat Host
Kristi Bettencourt is an E-RYT500 trained in Vinyasa style yoga, as well as ashtanga based yoga. She has a background in body mechanics and kinesiology and believes in mindful movement and preventative medicine through body and nutrition. She’s been teaching for over 15 years and brings a unique blend of strength and serenity to her Power Vinyasa classes. Her dynamic teaching style is perfect for athletic yogis looking to deepen their practice.

Alex is a celebrated culinary professional, honed his craft at prestigious establishments like the Everglades Country Club and The Woods Jupiter before serving as Executive Chef at the Esalen Institute. At Esalen, Alex discovered a passion for health-focused cuisine, blending wellness with culinary artistry. Known for connecting people through food, laughter, and drink, Alex brings creativity and care to every dish, crafting experiences that nourish both body and spirit.
Grace Law
Bodyworker & Retreat Coordinator
Grace is a dedicated healing arts practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves, fostering health, love, joy, and peace. Her journey into holistic healing began with personal struggles, leading her to study yoga, massage, breathwork, and somatic practices in various traditions and at the esteemed Esalen Institute. If you you seek relief from discomfort or a deeper reconnection with yourself, schedule a massage to amplify your self-renewal journey, she is also your primary contact for retreat questions.

Experience rustic community living on our redwood-surrounded main campus, starting at $1195. Choose from shared cabins, private cabins, glamping tents, or bring your own tent. Modern bathhouse facilities are shared by everyone in our group. Learn more about Spirit Camp, the haven for our soul nourishing retreat.
Want more solo time for quiet reflection, or to bond with friends and loved ones in a more luxurious setting? Our private rooms with en-suite baths (up to $2680) offer a peaceful sanctuary just a short drive from our main campus, with a 5-minute trail to the beach.
Retreat investment includes 4 days of yoga, group activities, lodging and meals.
